This time, I believe I interacted with the owner, and unfortunately it wasn’t the same level of service I’m used to. There was no friendliness at all. When I asked if there was a garbage where I could throw my bag away, he just pointed to the trash can outside. As a business owner, you should hold yourself to the same standards you expect from your staff. Customer service matters, and the interaction today definitely fell short.
- VCVarrick CNov 12, 20251.0They lost my package. They refuse to print a drop-off label. My tracking number shows that I dropped it off. But they did not “scan it” into their system. Therefore, I am unable to be reimbursed due to their fault. When I dropped off my package, it had the brand of the item outside the box. I would advise caution when sending high-value items at this location. You never know if an employee might “accidentally” not scan it into their system and you’re out of luck. *UPDATE* We emailed them at the address above on Saturday. We have yet to hear back from them.
