  This location reflects very poorly on the UPS brand, and I seriously question how UPS allows franchises like this to operate under its name. I came in to return a Samsung tablet trade-in using the official return package provided by Samsung. The employee at the counter refused to accept it and insisted I purchase a carton from the store. I stayed calm, left, and returned shortly after with a proper Amazon carton that securely fit the tablet. When I came back, the same employee recognized me and accepted the package, but then handled it in an extremely careless and disrespectful manner, throwing it toward the back of the store despite clearly knowing it contained an electronic device. This was not a misunderstanding; it was unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of basic customer service and care for customer property. For a company trusted to ship valuable items, this is unacceptable.

  This specific store has discontinued all colored printing. Despite the large color printer, color printing is only to be used by store associates. Black and White only for paying customers. But the staples nearby does very cheap and reasonable printing services of any type and very fast!

  What a rude place. You would think that if you deal with people you'd try to be nice to them. I don't need to be barked at. I will never ever return here.
