    Less than 5% of any professional group is really competent. Nick Maes Ladner, store Manager at Willow brook, IL Staples, is at the top of the game. Highly recommended. Nobody better. For the most part, customer service is dependent on the individual rather than the umbrella. Nick is the man.

    I came here for my TSA Check appointment and it went well. The associate was very helpful and the TSA Check enrollment was straightforward. It's best to arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment just to be proactive and not waste the associate's time. Also, I like the TSA Check travel section where you can buy travel items for your plane trip (such as electrolyte packets), check in luggage and carry on luggage. Otherwise, the store is spacious and organized. Staff was available to answer any questions while I was shopping. Check out process was quick and easy. Overall, I recommend this Staples location.
