I even mentioned that it was my first time shipping and asked how the process works, yet they showed zero willingness to help. I don’t know who is hiring these people, but the customer service is unacceptable. On top of that, half of my shipment was refunded even though everything clearly fit in the box. If this is the service FedEx represents, it is truly disappointing. This was my first and definitely my last time shipping anything with FedEx

She refused to let me close my box and affix my own pre-printed label. She said, "We'll do it for you," pulled it out of my hands, and then left it on a table, standing wide open. When I insisted that they finish my package before I left the store, she huffed and rolled her eyes and told the other guy to do it, "even though we're on camera," as if she were doing me a favor. He slapped some tape on it but I still needed a photo of the prepared box for the recipient. She freaked out, arms wide, shouting, "No Photos inside FedEx ever!" We always take photos of boxes completed for shipping. Just so you are aware, this was on a very large corporate account. We will be tracking this package closely.
- MSMargaret SimaOct 22, 20251.0I went there today to print something. I have always gone there to print posters for showers, bdays, etc. The women that I dealt with was extremely rude. She said she couldn't open it even though I have printed several things the same way in the past. I'm fine that she couldn't do it , but it was the terrible attitude that I had a problem with. She was not willing to help at all. When I asked about the sizes available for posters, she rattled them off quicker than a person could even process it. Then, when I pointed to something in the store and said that it was a good size, she cut me off and very flippantly pointed to a wall and said said to look there and again walked away. I was calling my daughter out of state to try to help me with what I thought she was asking and finally just decided I would rather go somewhere that had employees willing to do their job. Needless to say, I got it printed easily elsewhere else. I used to go to this FedEX for everything I needed to mail out or print. I will not go back. I've read in the reviews that others have had this same issue. They need to do something about this person or they will continue to lose business! Also, when she would walk away, which she did several times, not one of the other three standing there chatting offered to help.
