- CKCuddalore Kumar3 days ago1.0This complaint is not about the specific location but USPS at large. Their service totally sucks. They don't even have a link on their website to complain. I handed off a priority mail flat rate envelope from this location on 11/14/2025. For almost a week, it showed only the detail that it has been dispatched from where it was accepted. Then suddenly it showed today 11/21/2025 that it has been delivered. Delivered after a week. Pathetic. They are supposed to deliver in 2-3 days. There should be more accountability for an agency that is funded through tax payer money.

- SGSara GarciaFeb 16, 20225.0I just had to stop by the Post Office to mail something. I found out they came under new management. The the person at the desk, Bryan, was very polite and helpful. He had a huge smile on his face which showed he was happy to work there and held a conversion conversation with me versus simply one word responses. This made the experience that much more pleasant. I'm excited to see what else is going to happen now that this location is under new management.
