In fact, when I walk in, I am always expecting some long, long, long of long faces just waiting and waiting in line. What I get is less than two people and the line moves in about two seconds. I'm "in and out". An excellent experience each time. The service is always helpful as well. *** AVOID the Buffalo Grove location. It's just awful. The line is almost always out the door and the service is horrible slow and rude and unfriendly. I am convinced the longer the line, the more the service behind the counter slows down their service. I am convinced of it. I've walked out of the Buffalo Grove location two times now. I shall return to the Wheeling location with no issues at all.

- DDDesNov 12, 20251.0Use Buffalo Grove. My debit card was purposefully lost I feel like. I waited for it to sign and was told the workers aren’t able to go to 2nd or 3rd fl. Okay so I did a redelivery. Days went by and nobody came. I complained online and called and nobody answered. Luckily when I called the main usps line someone answered me. I finally spoke to a rude office lady saying it wasn’t her problem and to have someone pick it up. I did the next day, but the card was lost. Within a day it was lost. Over all it was over a week I didn’t get my mail that was expedited. I wouldn’t use this horrible location. No competency to be found anywhere here.
