- DDDesNov 12, 20251.0Use Buffalo Grove. My debit card was purposefully lost I feel like. I waited for it to sign and was told the workers aren’t able to go to 2nd or 3rd fl. Okay so I did a redelivery. Days went by and nobody came. I complained online and called and nobody answered. Luckily when I called the main usps line someone answered me. I finally spoke to a rude office lady saying it wasn’t her problem and to have someone pick it up. I did the next day, but the card was lost. Within a day it was lost. Over all it was over a week I didn’t get my mail that was expedited. I wouldn’t use this horrible location. No competency to be found anywhere here.

- KKKristenSep 8, 20251.0I’ve only been here once, and the reviews don’t surprise me. I watched the Asian postal worker get easily annoyed by a customer experiencing trouble using the card machine. As I watched her interact with different customers, I noticed that her demeanor changed between engaging with people of color and otherwise. I didn’t interact with her much, as what I needed was quite brief. I’ve never been to a post office where they ask, at the card machine, to rate your service. I feel like this exists at this location purely for this postal worker. She half giggled when I entered my rating. What a joke!! Even she knows it.
