However, this time when I came to send out a package, one associate in the morning was extremely helpful, patient, and answered all my questions, while another associate later was rude, impatient, and not customer-oriented. The way he spoke was extremely unwelcoming, and I hope someone will explain to him how to properly communicate with customers. This experience made me feel unwelcome, and what used to be my go-to location is now somewhere I no longer wish to return.

He got super defensive and told me to go to another store if I didn’t like the prices so he could avoid shipping my boxes. He was not friendly at all and extremely rude. I will not be back. Also, this location price gouges to all hell.
