- ALAJ Lakhani1 day ago1.0I have been coming to this location to drop off packages, but my recent experience was very concerning. A employee handling packages appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures. Despite multiple packages being clearly marked as “Fragile,” I observed him throwing them onto the floor after scanning. This behavior is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how items are handled at this location. I brought this to the owner’s attention while he was present, but he dismissed my concern.. This response was disappointing and did not reflect the level of accountability I would expect. I intend to file a formal complaint with UPS corporate and will pursue any necessary claims for potential damage. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when leaving fragile items at this store, as there appears to be a lack of proper handling and oversight.
