As a hapless millennial, mailing important documents “the old fashioned way” seemed a little daunting to me. How many times have I received junk mail, only to now completely forget how to address a letter? After they helped me with what I needed to send, the ladies at the post office and I were able to share a laugh over the difference in our generations. I’m so glad our local post office has real, compassionate people behind the counter - as I would have felt pretty embarrassed otherwise.
