They also knew many people by name as they came in and greeted them which shows how friendly they are.

- FLF LJul 22, 20252.0Brought in a small package, girl brought out a 12x12x12 box and we both stared at it awkwardly as we saw it flopping around inside. I asked her for a smaller box (10x10x10), which was more than enough room, then asked for some bubble wrapping to help stabilize it. Girl had told me that the 12x12x12 box was $6, and told me it would be $26 (apparently that was shipping alone, without the box). My total came out to be $35 (ended up using the 12x12x12 box), including $6 wrapping + $2 bubble wrap. Wish she'd made it clear before setting up the payment. When I kindly said, after paying, "I'd appreciate/Maybe tell the customer beforehand what the cost breakdown would be", she kept on repeating "yeah" instead of providing a single apology for the amateurism. (Although the girl might've been a highschooler working for some extra $, so understandable.) Just expected more professionalism from UPS.
