  Terrible customer service and racist approach: We had scheduled an appointment to have a proof of residency letter for the local high school to be notorized. When I called earlier in the week about our situation, I was told this could be done. We got there 5 minutes early with our landlord and the one individual that could notorized our letter said we had to wait until our time in an annoyed manner. He took a customer ahead of us and took his time with her which took about 25 minutes. He displayed good customer service and consideration for this customer. When they were finally done, he looked past me, my girlfriend and landlord and asked who was next. I told him we were next and he asked us what we needed in a condescending tone. I reminded him we were there to have a letter notorized for proof of residency. He said, this letter won't work, it needs to have an affidavit. I told him it wasn't for real estate and just for the local high school to confirm residency. He said okay, went to the back room for a few minutes and came back with a stamp. After reading the letter again, he said he couldn't do this as it wasn't a legal document and that they only did this for real estate situations. I told him I called about this ahead of time and set the appointment because I was assured it could be notorized and he responded that he didn't say that. I told him it wasn't him I talked to and he proceeded to say, no we aren't doing that. So I simply said, okay we'll take our business elsewhere. To be honest, upon reflection and seeing how he assisted the lady before us, it seems his approach with us was rude for prejudicial reasons. This location needs more employees than just 1 person that can do these services and needs to teach customer service approaches to their employees. This experience has unfortunately tainted my view of UPS and I will pay extra to use USPS, Fed Ex or DHL in the future.

  Very unhelpful people here. I just needed two feet of tape to make sure my box was sealed and they could not help me. Any other UPS store was always hope ful in this situation but not these guys

  This is the best UPS location in the area! Everyone is always so welcoming, helpful and just genuinely nice.

  If im returning an Amazon package, I expect you to pack it, not my job and never has been all the other times ive returned amazon packages at this location, you guys need to adjust your attitude and not take business for granted

  Terrible customer service - troubles with a package that says it’s at this location, only to be told by the alleged store manager Mr Patel he doesn’t have it and to call Addison corporate. Wouldn’t even help, acted like it wasn’t his problem or concern at all, and was very rude when I started asking for his name and his owners name after his refusal to help.
