Very disappointed. For someone who ships a lot of packages as a business i would suggest staying away from this location. Parking lot is always full no automatic doors and when you ask to drop off packages through the back door they dont even want to show you how to. Anyways im taking my business to Fedex, there is always parking available and automatic doors if your hands are full, also they greet you there lol. Im over with this place, good luck

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location on my way from work to home and hours of operation. My importantly, unlike other UPS stores, I know I don't have to worry about fumbling with closing the package, answering questions, and etc. Associates will even help me with things on my own phone if I need to print the label. In years I've been coming here, there never been a problem.

Totally upset with this place. Made an online appointment for a notary per the available online scheduling and I get an email saying not available after 3pm on Monday. I didn’t book for Monday first off and second off it was for an open appointment of 12:30 on a Saturday not Monday. I call over there to get the story and apparently the notary is only available on Mondays before 3pm. My friend I work until 5:30pm during the week. This is total bs. Attached is the online scheduling. Get your information straight.

Ugh, I wish I read the reviews before I brought my package here and now I fear it's lost.
It all started when I brought my package in about 45 minutes before closing and the guy working at the counter was immediately rude and dismissive. I tell him I want to ship my package as a guest and he tells me I have to have a UPS account in order to ship. Since when? I've been using UPS for shipments for decades and I've never had an issue shipping without an account number. Then, he tells me that the only option is shipping via UPS Ground - no overnight, Next Day or 2nd Day. Again, since when?
At this point, I'm hesitant about leaving the package there because it feels shady and the guy at the counter becomes increasingly rude. As I'm trying to log into my account, he starts getting super pushy because the driver is there to pick up packages for the day and tells me I need to hurry. I finally find my account number (after telling him to stop badgering me) and leave it, but it still feels strange.
Now, the package is somewhere in the ether with no details and no delivery date. What was supposed to be a simple shipment has turned into a nightmare. Please take this as a cautionary tale if you have to ship anything at this location. If they don't lose your package, you might encounter rude behavior.
