- RRRomanSep 18, 20251.0I came to print some documents and clicked the screen multiple times (around 10), but the system didn’t respond. I tried calling the staff, but she didn’t come. After that, I approached her myself and asked for help — and what I saw was absolutely shocking. The expression on her face was like I had done something wrong to her, as if I was forcing her to work, even though I was simply asking for assistance. I have never seen such indifference and rudeness in my life. On top of that, I was charged three times $5 for my order, and they didn’t even refund the deposit for printing two black-and-white sheets. It felt like their job was just to stand there and do nothing. This is not staff — this is an absolute test of patience for the customer. This was the worst experience of my life. I was completely shocked by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help. If this is how your company, FedEx, represents itself, it is truly embarrassing.

The guy had made eye contact and went back to what he was doing. After waiting saw the copy machine across the room and figured it out at the kiosk.
