I came in two weeks prior to the memorial service (was a Monday) and was told I would have an initial proof by Wednesday. I did not end up getting anything until Friday. I thought the initial proof was a little bit basic and did not look like much thought had been put into it. I asked them to make a few basic changes immediately and was told I’d have revised proof the following Monday. Did not end up getting until Wednesday and once again there were some basic issues that really made me question their attention to detail. I requested them to update once again and called that Thursday and the person I’d been working with had already left for the day. She did call me the following day but even the last version had a basic capitalization issue in the title of the prayer. In all it took a full 2 weeks and came down to the last day for me to get 100 basic prayer cards. The people were at least friendly which I appreciated but the communication issues and lack of attention to detail/creativity are why I would not recommend.
