- SPScott PhillipsJun 21, 20251.0I have a package from EBay that says it was delivered to my mailbox but I haven’t received it. I went to the post office today and I swear the lady had an attitude before she even came to the counter. Long story short I ordered from EBay and the seller sent it to the wrong address. The post office won’t give me any information to show it wasn’t shipped to my address. Just tells me it was shipped to an address that was not my own. I shook my head as I was leaving and the woman said why are you shaking your head at me. I said why do you assume I’m shaking my head at you. I’m shaking my head at the situation. You can’t Stand there and tell me it makes sense that I have tracking information shown on MY EBay account but I can’t get information needed to make a claim. I walked out because it was clear she hates her job and needs to learn customer service.
