- OPOksana PFeb 7, 20265.0It’s my number one post office where I can go fast. On Friday it’s only one employee was there who worked there. She is calling for help other employees, because line with a people gotten increased. She’s handling the passport paperwork, but many people came to sent their packages. It’s unfair for her to work by herself it’s very stressful. And this people who work in postal service they are helping to our community to deliver their mail on time.

As I’m waiting in line for over an hour, one of the ladies at the desk assisting another customer was screaming at the man and acting extremely disrespectful because he was having trouble writing an address in English. I stepped over and attempted to help the customer when the lady told me, “no! step back in the line sir!” I continued helping the customer and she threatened to call “security”. What a joke. And if you plan on mailing a package or making a purchase inside, set aside the entire day. The line is always out the door, and despite there people four or five other employees, only one is working the desk.
