There’s a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, simple questions are met with attitude, and it often feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience rather than being served with respect. A little politeness and effort would go a long way, but unfortunately, that seems to be missing here. Definitely not a place I’d recommend unless there are no other options available.

I’ve come into the usps location about 5 times now and they continue to refuse to deliver my packages to my front door and refuse to let me pick them up, telling me they’ll be delivered then returning the packages to the sender. Absolutely horrible I wish I could never get packages delivered through them.

- SSScottieSep 30, 20251.0Have no idea what they’re talking about, make up their own rules as they go. Been sending envelopes for years without issue. All of a sudden today my envelopes have to be sent as packages because of some made up garbage. Kiosk lets you send envelopes with a rigid designation. But to them, that doesn’t apply to my case. Wasted time waiting for a supervisor, but crap rolls down a hill, just as incompetent as the desk employees.
