6:44pm 1/7/2026. Smelled like marijuana when I walked in. The only people in there were 2 clerks no customers. The One was training the other was a trainer.

Usually very good. But on Wednesday they skipped our house because of a car parked in front. I can't control where people park on a public street. It may not have been our regular delivery person

Every time I come here they decide to change or make up their own rules. I needed to tape my box up with a single piece of tape maybe a foot long. The woman at the desk charged me $3 for it!!! I routinely send the same package and it’s always been a flat fee if $10. The next time I go in I was charged $27, and the woman working said they raised their prices and it was the cheapest option. She then proceeded to offer a “discount” of $7 to bring my total to $20. Oh and if you come here and ask an employee ANY question whatsoever they will lash out at you and refuse to help.

The people working at this post office are all extremely rude and unhelpful. As I’m waiting in line for over an hour, one of the ladies at the desk assisting another customer was screaming at the man and acting extremely disrespectful because he was having trouble writing an address in English. I stepped over and attempted to help the customer when the lady told me, “no! step back in the line sir!” I continued helping the customer and she threatened to call “security”. What a joke. And if you plan on mailing a package or making a purchase inside, set aside the entire day. The line is always out the door, and despite there people four or five other employees, only one is working the desk.

Public service announcement: if you have time sensitive items to send, do Not use the Dropbox inside the post office! I dropped off 51 packages in the dropoff box inside (at self kiosk center) at 7:30 p.m. on wednesday. It is now Friday 11:00 a.m. and all labels are still showing up online as "created", not processed. I have customers upset with me because the shipments have not gone out yet and it looks like I have not even shipped them. I asked the employees at the post office today and they said if you drop it off in that box it gets done "whenever" and gave me no estimate on when those packages will be processed.
