- BMB McDonaldAug 23, 20251.0The Spanish girl with the scar on her arm is the rudest person I have ever met,Saturday morning I went in there to send a package home and she told me she couldn't help me unless i had exact change for my pakage,she just looked at me and told me -- if you ever want to do business at this post office this early in the morning I suggest to go to another post office, I walked over to casys and got the exact change for my mail and then gave her the money,she was VERY agavated at me just becuse I wanted to send mail...the lady that came out after me also sead to me---what a rude girl she is -- and I agreed with her,that worker should be happy she has a job at the post office, i would love to work there...but she is taking her job for granted and knows nobody will say a thing to her over her rudeness!! I will NEVER do business in the West Dundee post office again !!!!

Worst of all, they justify the horrible customer service and their own poor attitudes by making snide remarks and comments back at customers. Clearly, this is accepted from management here because when I called to complain about my experiences and spoke to Kim, I was the one reprimanded for my tone and language while absolutely no apology was given on behalf of the staff. The audacity!! The recent horrible reviews speak loudest. Save yourself aggravation and go to a different post office. .

I love that I can trust this post office and that the one gentleman knows and asks about my entire family and how they are doing. Always has a smile and a great demeanor You don’t find service quite like that anymore. He’s one of a kind!
