Unfortunately, I’ve always had a negative experience at this USPS location. I’ve been to many and this one has always disappointed me. It had been a couple years since I last stopped in but since it’s closer to me, I gave it another shot. However, I ended up realizing I shouldn’t have. I ended up leaving respectfully, after I was told to buy an entire tape for just my 1 package when I’ve gone to many other locations and have never been asked to buy and entire roll of tape….Maybe this is just the policy at this location? However, what bothered me was the employee’s (black girl) attitude/response and tone. I came in with a positive attitude and thanked her for saying she could help me but after the whole tape situation and being told to purchase an entire tape and her saying, “we don’t give out tape for free” with a sassy tone/look I respectfully told her it was ok and that I would go somewhere else. To that, she said “ok” and could tell she didn’t care. Again, I’m not sure if she just didn’t want to tape the package box for me or maybe it’s their policy? But sometimes it’s the way someone goes about saying things or going about a situation that makes the whole experience good or bad. Hopefully they hire helpful friendly staff next time! I should also mention that while I was in line, I could also overhear another employee (white male), helping a customer with an accent who kept asking questions and had a hard time understanding instructions because English is obviously not his first language and the employee was answering in a very condescending and frustrated tone. That definitely made me a bit uncomfortable, especially because I’m Hispanic and so I could tell the employee just didn’t want to help him or repeat himself again. Safe to say, I definitely won’t be coming back here again. ✌🏽

Just the rudest employee's, wish we could fire them. Nothing like calling and being talked to like your 5 and you show up they can't find anything.
