The level of service and knowledge is WAY above the norm. It reminds me of how every local post office used to be. I was mailing savings bonds for redemption, and the Wayne post office was the ONLY post office that could do it by the book. I had nightmares at Carol Stream and (ugh) Wheaton, where it was a case of the blind leading the blind. I will never go to any post office other than Wayne. Their care and expertise is like a breath of fresh air.
