- VRVicky RodriguezJun 13, 20251.0Bad service, I receive the worst customer service ever from the people working there specially the Chinese guy who was doing everything very slowly in purpose to make me mad cuz he didn’t want to take the picture of the passport for my baby, he cancell my appointment at first just because he said that was his lunch time but nobody call me to let me know that they close for lunch, I was there exactly on time he make me go back in 1 hour and after that he make me wait for more than 30 minutes for the picture and he never take the picture of the baby, on top of that he ignored me when I ask how much longer we have to wait for that.
