However there was an employee that was vaping in the store, which I’m pretty sure is illegal and very unprofessional. Also the language that was being used in the store was very disappointing.

They have issues with doing their job even though you’re paying for the service and their overall attitude just sucks. Don’t go to this location drive a few extra minutes to FedEx or a different UPS

You could tell she was purposely trying not to be helpful in anyway do better UPS will not be returning to this location for anything. Responding to your reply. 1st off no one had an issue with the policy for shipping. The problem is your employees attitude & based off your response it’s no wonder your employees act the way they do.
