We called and spoke with Judy in the back and she not only went out of her way to trace it to it's scanned location, but she immediately went and picked up for us and redelivered it, 10/10. Cannot thank her enough! We also had a package scheduled to be delivered to us on a Saturday, outside of business hours. I spoke with Mike in the back and he was kind enough to put a note to pull it ahead of time and allow us to pick it up. Appreciate the service Wauconda Post Office!

- FFF.Hager91May 25, 20191.0So, today (5-25-19) I had a Manila envelope coming in the mail to my parents house on Farmhill Cir. Having moved to Lakemoor on the 1st of this month ...this was the final package I had being delivered to Farmhill cir. I was going to patiently wait until 3pm or so until it gets delivered but I had other places that I had to be at before 3. So I figured I would try and find the mailman to politely ask for my envelope so I could be on my way. Typically Tim is my mail carrier but today it was some younger guy with a poor attitude . I found him not far from my parents house at all and politely asked him if I could get an envelope I was waiting on . (Farmhill is the last street to get the mail according to him). It was as if I was asking him something so bizarre. He said normally the carrier wouldn’t do such a thing, but I know from experience that they do. Looking annoyed and frustrated he opened the back of the mail truck and literally looked around for a second or two before saying “I have nothing for *** Farmhill Cir” . I understand they have a job to do but it’s not like this was something being repeated by me on a weekly basis. So I drove off and am waiting patiently until he delivers the package he apparently doesn’t have. ( The envelope I’m waiting on is very important and something I need before I travel a good distance back to my new place) Anyways, just venting about my experience. Would of much rather had Tim delivering like usual. He’s nice and always professional .
