If UPS Corporate reads these reviews, you should send any new potential franchise consideration folks here to input a stellar example of what customer service is all about. Every other UPS store has been friendly as well, but the Wauconda store just seems to go further. A+ all the way around!

While helping with my transaction, I was assured that there was no cost, but let me know that I needed to keep the paperwork as well as taking a picture on my phone because I may have to provide verification of the return.
