I stopped in the post office this morning to check on a package that I have not received due being stuck at Indianapolis annex for last 4 days, and someone told me there to leave tracking info. And they would call me later, nobody ever called me,so I drive over to the post office again ,and asked someone at the counter who looked like someone off the street ready to go to a flea market in the hood ,with a dirty jacket and no uniform whatsoever, I would like to speak to the postmaster, she replied , what you want? I asked again , can I speak to the postmaster? She again said, what you want?I then asked ,are you the postmaster? She yells back to me with the same ignorant loud voice.. Mrs. Hines! I then ask again are you the postmaster? She wouldn't answer . If This ignorant person is the postmaster for watseka post office, and she thinks she's going to pass her ignorant ways over the counter, to the watseka citizens,God help us all! She shows no respect or management skills whatsoever, and how does she get away with not having to wear a postal employee uniform? That attitude she put forward is just Nasty! Be prepared people ,when you visit your local watseka post office ,your in for a Nasty Surprise.. and btw, I never received the information I needed from her. I walked out ,because all I was getting was lied, telling me that the indiapollis annex has many annexes, and they don't know which one has the package Im missing.what a complete waste of taxpayer funding. Mrs. Hines is an Awakening of the New Useless American way of doing Business. Nothing but Bad Attitude, and No Respect for Anyone.
