- AFAbdullah FarajatJan 20, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I had two boxes returned, and USPS lost one of them. Because of their mistake, I lost $35 with no resolution. Packages should be handled with care and responsibility, but clearly that did not happen. Losing customers’ items is unacceptable, and there needs to be better accountability and tracking. I expect USPS to take better care of people’s mail and improve how returned packages are handled
