I shipped a box from here to Nevada, and rather than pay the $100 (ouch) to ship it ground (which would arrive in five days) I paid an exorbitant $353 for 2nd day air because I REALLY needed the package delivered quickly. Well, the package didn’t arrive in time, so I checked the shipping number. Turns out they just pocketed the $353 and it’s taking 5 days to ship, anyway. I called and this store said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t “guaranteed” two day, and to call customer support. I waited on hold for a while to talk to customer support, and they said the same. I wince thinking about how much this situation irritated me. But hey, they got their free hundreds of dollars from me. Guess I’ll be a FedEx and USPS guy now 🙄
