- LLLynAug 22, 20251.0Ron is very Unfriendly unprofessional and poor customer service skills. I live in the area for over 20 years. This is my first time in this post office, I always go to Saint Charles but decided to visit Wasco this time. I walked in and said good morning. Ron said nothing. He wasn't helpful, looked mad and didnt give us attention. Looked like I was a bother walking in. I probably interrupted him playing games on his computer! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Both times only one of the cards reached its destination. When I mail cards from the boxes outside of the post office in Saint Charles just North of the Harley Dealer and Costco all the cards reach their destination. I cannot say for certain that it is something amiss at this post office but I do know that something about this scenario is fishy. I am not using that office any more.

We have tried to generate understanding and help them be good neighbors, help support the community, all to no avail. Very unhappy, unsupportive staff.

But even if there's a line I don't mind because they have all of the other post offices in the area beat in customer service. And I'm pretty sure they offer all of the same services as the big ones, just with a smile. service
