- MHMaty HollisterJan 13, 20261.0I’ve had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Robert Half. They truly need new staff from the bottom to the top! Over the past several months I’ve been assigned multiple recruiters, and none of them have been responsive or followed through. I’ve called numerous times, left voicemails, and tried to follow up, but I rarely — if ever — get a response. What makes this even more disappointing is that I can clearly see new job opportunities posted that align very closely with my background and what I’m actively searching for, yet no one ever reaches out to me about them, and no one responds when I inquire myself. Based on my experience, many of the other reviews here are accurate. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-up has been consistent and makes the entire process feel like a waste of time. I expected a staffing firm of this size and reputation to be organized, responsive, and supportive — especially when someone is actively seeking employment — but that has not been my experience. I would strongly suggest taking your business to a staffing agency that is more consistent and responsive, such as Beacon Hill or another firm that actually follows through and communicates. I would not recommend Robert Half based on my experience.

- EBem beDec 20, 20131.0WASTE OF TIME. DONT FALL FOR THEIR TACTICS TO WASTE YOUR TIME. RUDE ARROGANT AND A RACIST MANGER/REP they had. I was contacted by one of the members from their office to come and have an "interview" done so they could help me find a job back in August 2013. I went and the guy was very rude and showed no respect. they had me fill out a stack of papers, and told me that they will let me know and will be in touch if they find something that matches my experience/education. To this day, i have not been contacted by the office even ONCE! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. the worst it could get with these types of agencies.
