This post will stay 1 star until my parcels are recieved by clientele and nothing is lost. Pictures are proof I dropped them off at this location.
- WDWendy DavilaNov 13, 20251.0Incredibly unprofessional and rude . I scheduled 4 passport appointments more than a month ahead . Was ready to go with all paper work ready . I requested the day off from work , my husband got out of work early, and my two children did not attend school for this . Just for them to call me the day of and tell me they have to cancel our appointment because they are under staffed , I explained to her that I asked for the day off for this and my kids didn't go to school . To please help me out a bit , she did not care at all she just told me to call somewhere else like the villa park library . The library does not take the passport pictures and they can't take all 4 of us today so that's not an option . I am beyond upset . If you are thinking of getting a passport here I'd advice you to go somewhere else . My coworker had told me she had a bad experience here but i decided to book it here anyway and now i see why I shouldn't have .
