Came to drop off client orders and all of a sudden their systems are down after I had ti drive all the way home to print a label because their label machine was down. This post will stay 1 star until my parcels are recieved by clientele and nothing is lost. Pictures are proof I dropped them off at this location.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude . I scheduled 4 passport appointments more than a month ahead . Was ready to go with all paper work ready . I requested the day off from work , my husband got out of work early, and my two children did not attend school for this . Just for them to call me the day of and tell me they have to cancel our appointment because they are under staffed , I explained to her that I asked for the day off for this and my kids didn't go to school . To please help me out a bit , she did not care at all she just told me to call somewhere else like the villa park library . The library does not take the passport pictures and they can't take all 4 of us today so that's not an option . I am beyond upset . If you are thinking of getting a passport here I'd advice you to go somewhere else . My coworker had told me she had a bad experience here but i decided to book it here anyway and now i see why I shouldn't have .

Collection bin is broken can’t even deposit package for mailing after processing everything on the kiosk. Wasted all my time driving here and processing everything on the kiosk only to not be able to actually deposit the package for mailing, now have to drive all the way to another USPS and start all over there. No one cares. Terrible.

Very rude staff. I brought back an envelope that had been destroyed through the machine, could have been my fault, but I do thousands of orders like those EVERY MONTH. I was told by the manager that I could have done thousands of dollars worth of damage to the machine and that there is no point in calling Atlanta to see if the package is there. Then went i mentioned, very politely, that i have done thoussand of these he just laughs and calls me hostile as im walking away. Terrible staff, with big egos. That was the worst experience ive had in a long time with any customer service industry. Do BETTER!
