- DBDallas BlackerDec 15, 20231.0The lady that was working at the post office on 12/15/2023 at 2pm was super rude and unhelpful. She was rude not only to me, but also the elderly lady in front of me. I understand the holidays can be stressful, but rude, unintelligent postal workers make it even more stressful. The gentleman that actually delivers the mail in Villa Grove is a rockstar, he is friendly, and efficient. It is unfortunate he has to work alongside a grumpy grinch lady inside the post office. If you need to mail something in the area I would suggest Philo or Tuscola as they are all friendly and helpful. Do better rude Villa Grove postal lady…or just retire.

One of the staff members even hand delivered the package to me at 7:00 in the evening. I truly appreciated their diligence and their kindness.
