Some how a manage to keep my composure and I figured things out myself. I got in line again and fortunately her coworker a young man help me this time. He was very patient and helpful. Other than that I felt discriminated and belittle because other customers after me she was treating them some what better with the same situation I had. Its very disappointing that my local usp office its a disaster.

They send you off to a different place to print it and then you have to bring the shipping label back printed. Preposterous
