I had to keep calling until they finally took my call without hanging up. I understand staples has a lot of wrapping paper orders at this time, but hanging up on customers is not exactly great customer service.

Failed to answer the question was actually asking. This store is the last print-house I would take my business. Listen to your customers. Youre dis-servicing customers and pushing away business. I was told to look online by one of the four people I spoke to....disorganized, and unhelpful at best.
