They are clearly understaffed and when the manager was called to help me with the return, he instead ignored me to help other people who were making purchases. He literally said to me “I prioritize paying customers” . Guess what ? I was going to buy toner afterward for my printer and instead ordered online. So at the end you lost a sale and earned a bad review.
