The outside package is bent and when i opened the package there was a crease on both sides of the diploma. Very disappointing considering the diploma costs thousands of dollars.

I called ahead to confirm that I had multiple packages under different tracking numbers and was told I could come pick them up. When I arrived, she only handed me one package. After I explained that there were additional packages, she refused to check for them because they had “just closed,” even though I had already spoken with someone and was told to come in. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If she is unwilling to assist customers or provide basic professionalism, she should not be working at the front desk.
