I was pleasantly surprised with no wait and friendly employees- in December no less! Shout out to Troy’s postal workers! :)

The staff are always nice when I come in. They were also able to help me with my passport recently.

I had a very disappointing experience with the woman at the front counter. Her customer service was unacceptable. I called ahead to confirm that I had multiple packages under different tracking numbers and was told I could come pick them up. When I arrived, she only handed me one package. After I explained that there were additional packages, she refused to check for them because they had “just closed,” even though I had already spoken with someone and was told to come in. Her attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If she is unwilling to assist customers or provide basic professionalism, she should not be working at the front desk.

Jennifer (Jenny) was rude and unprofessional when we arrived to send off some packages. We were given the option of a QR code to use and print the label at the facility. She was very rude about this and said we need to get a printer. Her attitude and tone was very disrespectful and she should not be working in customer service.
