I called at 3:28, 2 minutes before they closed, and the gentleman who answered the phone recognized my name as having a package there and offered to stay the couple of minutes it would take me to get there! I understand that many of the complaints I see might be tied to a particular postal worker who may be no longer there. The service I received was very warm and professional. Didn't get a notification to have us come in and update any information. I understand you need to go by the rules but I would think that means getting a notice. There has been many people in Tolono that have had nothing but problems with this post office since this Post Master has taken over. Even employees transferred or retired because of her. Thank you Tolono post office for making my life hell since I now have to straighten everything out with my health insurance and other things since you sent all my mail back. This place doesn't even deserve one star. And post master get out behind the desk and help people with the problems that you have caused.
