While we waited in the lobby for the employees to open, you could hear people laughing and cackling in the back. After the long wait, I was told that the fingerprinting clerk was not available. There were no signs no warnings that this person was would not be available for the services I needed. Then I was directed to a far away post office and Park Forest.

They will keep thinking it’s ok to allow this and make these mistakes when they have incompetent managers who don’t hold themselves or their employees accountable. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve never seen anything like this.
