We were told there were not stamps to choose anymore and to go to the self-serve stamp machine where we had no choice and got stuck with ugly printed ones with scan codes on them. While 5 of us, the customers, had to do the job of getting our own stamps, 3 employees stood inside, behind the counters, talking and laughing. I will be going to a different post office from now on.

I literally called this post office 6 times yesterday, listened to an almost 2 minute voice message EACH time, finally talked to someone and over 2 days my issue is STILL not resolved. I'm awaiting help via their website method which could take days. This is a mess.
