  Second time at this location and it’ll be the last. Was sending 10lb 11oz granddaughter gifts from Tinley Park, IL. to a suburb of Orlando, FL. In a 16x16x9 box, and the young man claimed that the cheapest way (ground) shipping cost would be just over $90. I told them that’s over $8 a lb and couldn’t be right. He assured me it was right. So I bought a 16x16x16 box for over $13 (ouch again) and left. At home I got the UPS app and for my weight, my size box, from zip to zip using ground it was just over $40.. Was going to go back to this store but instead went to Tinley Park Post Office with my packing the box weighted 10lb 13oz and cost me $23.80(ground) getting to My destination the same day. Which begs the question; if this UPS store’s personal doesn’t realize when it’s grossly over stating the wrong rate (125% more), than how do you ever know when their only over charging you 1-2%, or 5-10% etc; I’m staying away from this location. Hopefully the other UPS locations around this area have different owners who hire and train their people a little better..

  I've used this location for Amazon returns and it's always been a pleasant experience. Today we had to use it for a notary service. We've never done this so we weren't as prepared. Tiffany and Jailen were so patient and courteous with us. I couldn't be more appreciative of the service we received today. Great job!
