    There were two ladies working on Monday afternoon, Sept 8th. When both ladies were finished with their customers, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter, where I was directed by one of the ladies. No one acknowledged me after that. They both worked on the side computers, talking amongst each other. I was trying to process an AT&T return. Which is free of cost to me. I did leave the box on the counter, thinking when they were good and ready to process this, that they would. Apparently, they did not since I’m being informed. My AT&T box was not returned, and I have a fee associated with that. I’ll go out of my way to use a different FedEx moving forward.

    had to have two monitors and cables packed and shipped. Ruth explained everything perfectly with humor and enthusiasm and took care of the items. Can't say enough good things about Ruth... every fedex should have a Ruth!

    I stopped by FedEx Print & Ship to print something for football that needed specific sizing, and I was having trouble doing it on my own. Ruth was incredibly helpful—she had a bubbly personality and went out of her way to assist me. She was also friendly with every customer who walked in and truly went above and beyond. Ruth made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and she deserves to be recognized for her excellent service!
