  We had a leak in our water softener system early in the mornig. We called Soft Water Inc. Spoke with Lisa at the front desk, she said she will send out someone for a free estimate since we live in Sycamore. Waited a couple hours & a gentleman by the name of Chris Puentes came out. Very professional, told my husband what the issue was and it was just missing a small clip for one of the parts for the water softener. He told my husband he can pick up the part at his shop & he was done. We greatly apprecaite honest people who wont try to rip you off. We high recommend Soft Water City Inc.

  Fantastic service! The entire team was very responsive, did a very through virtual appointment when we had an emergency. Solved the problem over the phone and sent a tech as a follow up to ensure it was resolved fully at no extra cost to us. Installed our new systems within a week and we saw immediate changes the same day! Excellent service and great price.
