Spoke with Lisa at the front desk, she said she will send out someone for a free estimate since we live in Sycamore. Waited a couple hours & a gentleman by the name of Chris Puentes came out. Very professional, told my husband what the issue was and it was just missing a small clip for one of the parts for the water softener. He told my husband he can pick up the part at his shop & he was done. We greatly apprecaite honest people who wont try to rip you off. We high recommend Soft Water City Inc.
