- KFkerry fowlerJan 31, 20261.0The absolute worst, highly incompetent USPS that I have ever encountered. Filled a mail forward on 1-2-26. Approximately 15 days later called the postmaster to check on it as we received no mail. There was no record that we had filed. We had to file yet another. Now, 1-31-26, we have received one piece of mail. Now we have weeks of mail missing, at tax time no less. On a different note, the lady that runs/delivers mail on this route is long over due for retirement. 2 weeks after our for sale sign went up, she approached us in our garage and wanted to know if we were thew new owners, for sale sign still up, and insisted that we were the new owners yet we talk to her weekly and house hadn't even sold yet. . When we told her we were current owners and had not sold yet she actually argued with us, insisting we were "new people." When I brought this to current supervisors attention, she had nothing to say. Bottom line is our mail has never been delivered properly the entire time we lived in Sugar Grove, was not forwarded appropriately and we are now missing mail. The post office there is run by incompetent and worse yet, uncaring people. For that matter so is the entire town

Sharee (forgive me, unsure on the spelling) is an ANGEL! So incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. She genuinely made my day. Mike was also awesome in facilitating my last-minute appointment. USPS works so hard for us and they very rarely get the credit they deserve for these vital services. Thank you! <3
