We arrived 20 minutes early, only to be told that the passport agent had already left and canceled our appointment without any notice. Both my wife and I had to take half a day off work, and we picked our kids up early from school specifically for this appointment. This was a complete waste of our time. When I tried to ask about the agent’s schedule, the USPS worker we spoke to started yelling and wouldn’t let me explain the situation. Extremely unprofessional behavior. This was by far the worst post office experience we’ve ever had.
