If customers bring boxes the staff will weigh the package and ask customers is there any valuables inside the box. The staff will offer a receipt and on the receipt will show where the package is being delivered.

An employee named Jarvis helped me out and provided exceptional service to find my packages which I’d ordered through Japan Post. Couldn’t be more pleased with his communication skills and ability to make the process smooth, he definitely deserves credit for his work here.
