Terrible staff and business model. The cost to ship is as high or higher than ups or Fedex and they are unhelpful. They won't even provide tape to close a box while charging a premium to ship the package compared to other options.

I run a business and often have to come to UPS and USPS to drop off packages… I avoid this location as much as I can because they always close early. Make sure to come here before 5:30 if they close at 6pm. Also it wouldn’t hurt to greet customers and be courteous. Kindness is free.
