  Very good staffing. I always find myself with rude ups workers at other locations not wanting to answer questions but this location is filled with good people. Alan always helps me out and takes care of me. Super nice and polite

  I am so proud to say that inspiite of the conditions of this world,we still have good people with good morals. I lost my sunglasses in the UPS store and I went back to dropout a package and decided out of the blue to ask about my lost sunglasses low and behold the ups store in streamwood on Barrington Rd went to their lost and found and it amazed me that they had my sunglasses, even with young employees the glasses were still there.I give this store a thousand time kudos for ethically and morally working and always keeping customers in mind.I am so amazed with this store.

  They got the label on my package wrong and missed the package, the cost of my package was 300 dollars after fighting with the manager for a long time, they only gave me a check of 100 dollars and that was their fault, I lost 200 dollars for this store. And the manager only responds to positive reviews, not because of bad reviews?

  After a frustrating experience at FedEx, I decided to try UPS instead—and I’m so glad I did. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled my package with care and had me in and out quickly, without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, exactly what I needed after my prior experience. On top of that, the shipping fee was $5 less than FedEx’s estimate. I’ll definitely be using UPS from now on!

  Excellent work by Sam. He did my work very fast and efficiently. I had visited another branch of ups and was not happy at all. But here Sam makes me very much happy. Thank you Sam
