  Outstanding service every time I visit this UPS Store. The owner, is welcoming and attentive, and his team is always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s rare to find such consistent and positive customer service these days. Five stars all the way!

  Never ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!! THE NEW OWNER IS RUDE. I LIKED THE OTHER BLACK OWNER. THIS PLACE IS A GOING DOWNHILL ITS NOT THE SAME. ANSWER THE PHONE. RUN THE BUSINESS

  Had a return that needed a container. They had a bag for $3-something that I bought. After leaving I called them back because I wasn't comfortable sending my small box that way. ”Can you maybe wrap the bag or something so it doesn't rattle around?"? They said, ”I remember you and your return - we already took care of it. We didn't feel comfortable with that so we put it in a box [more expensive for them] and packed it nice.” When was the last time you found people serving you who cared enough to serve their customer even though they never would have known? A looooong time for me. Kudos UPS store that has earned my business going forward. And thank you - we need more people with your perspective.

  I had a very important package that needed to be sent out and this location lost it. When I called four days later to ask them to please look around the store for the package that they did not ship, they refused and became combative and angry with me on the phone. I was begging them to please look through the store for the package because I needed to get it out otherwise I was going to have to replace $100 worth of custom items. The owner told me that they do this for a living every single day and that they are perfect and never make mistakes! LOL I had no clue that I was in the presence of Jesus Christ himself!! Again they refused, so I said some choice words and will never utilize their store again. I called UPS and filed a complaint against the store. I also further escalated that complaint and sent an email out to the executive team in the area. Furthermore, I filed a claim which was approved in less than 24 hours because UPS was able to see that the package never left the store. The owners are liars and could care less about their customers. They are just in it for the money and as someone who ships thousands of dollars worth of items yearly I would never use this store ever again!!

  Aiming for every dollar they can get, I was returning something from Nike and the counter person told me he was going to charge for the printing label and the tape to put on the box. Poor judgement trying to earn every penny out of customers. I went to another location in Schaumburg and it was free
