  I had a very important package that needed to be sent out and this location lost it. When I called four days later to ask them to please look around the store for the package that they did not ship, they refused and became combative and angry with me on the phone. I was begging them to please look through the store for the package because I needed to get it out otherwise I was going to have to replace $100 worth of custom items. The owner told me that they do this for a living every single day and that they are perfect and never make mistakes! LOL I had no clue that I was in the presence of Jesus Christ himself!! Again they refused, so I said some choice words and will never utilize their store again. I called UPS and filed a complaint against the store. I also further escalated that complaint and sent an email out to the executive team in the area. Furthermore, I filed a claim which was approved in less than 24 hours because UPS was able to see that the package never left the store. The owners are liars and could care less about their customers. They are just in it for the money and as someone who ships thousands of dollars worth of items yearly I would never use this store ever again!!

  Aiming for every dollar they can get, I was returning something from Nike and the counter person told me he was going to charge for the printing label and the tape to put on the box. Poor judgement trying to earn every penny out of customers. I went to another location in Schaumburg and it was free

  Never drop off your Amazon return here Other locations will help you pack or dont even ask to pack by yourself the return box This place ask you to buy tape to pack Amazon return. No other locations do that

  Exceptional Service and Respectful Staff I highly recommend this UPS Store in Streamwood. The staff here are incredibly respectful, professional, and welcoming. Unlike other locations, they treat every customer with dignity—regardless of accent, background, or language. As someone who values clear communication and good service, I was impressed by how smoothly everything went. They helped me with my shipment quickly and kindly, and even took the time to explain the process without rushing or judging. It’s refreshing to see a team that understands what true customer service means. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and professionalism, this is it. Do yourself a favor—skip the drama elsewhere and come here. This location sets the standard for how UPS stores should operate.

  They steak your Amazon Returns in a systematic way. Return them totally new unopened item and got the message from Amazon that it is different, used and broken. Looking at the reviews. Seems like I am not the only victim they have done it with many others already. Do not trust this location!!!
