  The employees sent my package to the wrong address, gave me the wrong tracking number and did nothing to help me find my package. I wouldn’t trust this location with important packages, they are zero professional specially the guy with the beard and a mask, but the other guy was the one who sent my package to the WRONG ADDRESS and caused my package to get lost. Someone should do something about it or be responsible for this type of situation.

  I needed to ship a piece of art to Key West, Florida for an exhibition at a gallery, taking place in early August. Concerned that I was sending it too early, I went into this FedEx store in mid-July and the employee (a young man with a beard) told me that my item could be shipped to a Fedex holding location in Florida and, after 5 days, they (Fedex) would attempt to delivery it to the gallery (the destination). This was 100% wrong information. The item arrived at the FedEx holding location, sat for 5 days, and was simply returned to me with the vague description "item couldn't be delivered". I called the 1-800 number and the rep said I needed to go into the store to file a MBG "money back guarantee" claim. I get to the store and they tell me, "you need to file the claim online" and that the info I was given was wrong -- they said that the item would need to be picked up within 5 days from the holding location by the gallery. Had I known this, I would have had it shipped directly to the gallery. The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye or offer an apology. They reluctantly refunded me the $77 cost to ship, but they took ZERO responsibility for their employee giving me wrong information and refused to refund me for the $80 packing job they did. So cool, now I have an $80 cardboard box, a lost opportunity to have my art in an exhibit for which it could have sold. I'm HOURS into this TERRIBLE customer service experience all around. I'll never use FedEx again, am deleting my account, and I will never step foot in the FedEx store in St. Charles, IL.

  Friendly staff, easy to talk to. The only reason I'm not giving out 5 stars was their equipment wasnt working with anything online (tried to print a resume from my email)

  I needed to create a postcard for our wedding in a week and wasnt sure if FedEx could do it. I brought my materials in and Matt MADE it happen! He worked really hard to get the the printing just right for me. I HIGHLY recommend this FedEx and working with Matt.
