Dear UPS: It’s bad enough that the capital of Illinois has only one UPS store, but when that one store is closed on Sundays it makes one wonder about your business goals. Help busy people out here. We have jobs and families. We need more options. Thank you.

But that's not all; I went two days in a row looking for a notary, and there was always an excuse. They simply didn't feel like seeing me, I suppose because I'm Latina, and it's obvious at first glance that they're racist! I absolutely do not recommend this place! Disrespectful!!

I think the staff has always been decent Iv never seen any major rudeness. Just wanted to give thumbs up. They do good job for the volume they have to deal with! Thank you for you service. Much better than having to go onto another dept store alllll the way to the back.
