- ADAhmad Ershad DanishjooOct 26, 20251.0This facility needs a new manager because when you have pickup or delivery, you have to stand beside the dock door and usually take 2 hours .and they are not letting you sit on your own truck, neither they have no seat or chair to sit . That is really disgusting and disrespectful. You guys are jealous of all truck drivers .that they make money with a lot of challenges on the road more than you guys. Shame on you guys .

Despite the late hour, Reva remained patient and accommodating with every customer. She was warm and welcoming, never making anyone feel rushed. Throughout the entire process, she kept a pleasant smile and greeted everyone politely. Exceptional customer service!
- GWGarrett WardellOct 20, 20251.0Absolutely a joke of a facility… package gets there (30 minutes from my house mind you) and is immediately shipped to Florida once, then shipped to saint louis after being in Springfield already… then I call to file a complaint and I’m told “unfortunately their is no way to file a complaint against the facility” so I will be reviewing you with all 18 of my google accounts and you will get 1 star every time 👍🏼

However, there is on drawback- during busier times, they always seem to be short staffed; but they do make up for it with friendly postal workers. *It’s also a great place to get your passport! The USPS is ranked third in the world (behind UPS and DHL) in volume of mail/packages handled on a yearly basis; although, they’re better than DHL in efficiency.

This mail was scanned on Monday and it's now been a week. Certified mail takes 3-5 business days to receive and still have not received it.
