- FCFrancis S CDec 27, 20251.0I come in and they scan my packages in and then later I get hit with upcharges on my shipping account. Someone needs to investigate this place. One of the packages was a pair of earrings they claim weighed 1 lb!

That is really disgusting and disrespectful. You guys are jealous of all truck drivers .that they make money with a lot of challenges on the road more than you guys. Shame on you guys .

- GWGarrett WardellOct 20, 20251.0Absolutely a joke of a facility… package gets there (30 minutes from my house mind you) and is immediately shipped to Florida once, then shipped to saint louis after being in Springfield already… then I call to file a complaint and I’m told “unfortunately their is no way to file a complaint against the facility” so I will be reviewing you with all 18 of my google accounts and you will get 1 star every time 👍🏼
