- JBJustin BronsonAug 15, 20251.0They honestly deserve 0 stars. I have lived at this address for a year and in this complex for 3. The mail gets delivered to neighbors, I’ve been home all on a few different occasions waiting for a package only to get a message at the end of the day that it was “undeliverable”. Right, ok. The last 4 months I’ve been getting notices my mail has been returned as “undeliverable”. This includes Electric Bill, 6 of the same credit card not delivered, 5 of the same debit card not delivered, Voter Registration etc.HOWEVER, every piece of garbage junk mail IS delivered. I did also receive my neighbor’s D.L.! I was ecstatic not to receive junk mail for once! I am ALL for hiring special needs workers, BUT, please make sure they have the ability to read address and apartment numbers and match them accordingly. I suggest maybe working with them with the game “memory” to help them with matching skills.
