Good customer service, however, DO NOT GO HERE to ship something DURING THEIR LUNCH TIME, which if I remember correctly is 12:30-1:30pm. Their retail window is closed during this time.

Blows wabash post office away! I drive downtown to mail everything now. Even though wabash location is a half mile away, it's the longest wait! Sometimes 30-45 minutes. The line is always long and the one or two cashiers are slow. The downtown location is awesome. They are so polite and speedy.

Had a package delivered to a house at the opposite end of the block. Every house has address clearly displayed and visible from the street. Four digit addresses, example: addressed to xx77 but delivered to xx18. The illiterate carrier left it in the driveway of the wrong house. The post office called it a mistake. I call it dereliction of duty. Thankfully the stranger who found my package is an honest man. The opposite of the lying carrier whom the post office defended. The carrier still has a job he doesn’t deserve. He was paid to do a job he did not do. No better than a thief.

My friend came in twice this week, on Monday and on Friday. On Monday clerk 24 “forgot “ to give her 10.00 change. She reluctantly gv her the 10.00. On Friday, same clerk, 24, purposely shorted her again for 10.00 then vehemently denied it. Then clerk 24 starts laughing and says, “ that reminds me, I owe another customer 5.00. “ refusing to give my friend her 10.00, being extremely rude and snarky throughout. She purposely ripped her off. Fire her, get her away from customers and the cash register. A DISGRACE!!!
