Other worker will answer my question and check to see if I have a package but she has a different personality. She gets the job done. I personally don't like to address a person that act like they don't want to be bothered. The Post Office provides great service.

When I first started coming they were a little quiet, but polite and professional. However it didn't take long to win them over ! Now when I go in we chat and laugh while they're scanning in all my drop offs. I think they deserve 5 stars.

In the eight months since my son moved to this little Southern Illinois town of Sparta, I actually had never met a person I didn't like. Some of the most friendly people I've seen and I am from another small rural town in a different state. Went to the Sparta post office twice in one day back in August 2016. Superb service by one lady on my morning visit when mailing a package. Treated like a sheep killing dog on my next visit by a different woman when I had to mail something else that evening. I've not seen anything like it. I actually THANKED all of the staff at my local post office near my home in my state for their kindness when I went in there the next time not realizing how nasty a postal person could actually be. She is the ONE person in the entire town of Sparta that I can say that I don't like.
