  Good Evening, I attended UPS today and was extremely disappointed. I came to drop off a package and the woman who took my package had began mumbling under her breath and when I said excuse me she said I don’t know where you expected this to go. Don’t worry, I’ll show you! This is YOUR job.The customer service needs to be fixed and I don’t appreciate how I was met with hostility for no reason. I am extremely dissatisfied.

  Renee was amazing. Very nice and efficient. I was struggling finding my qrcode. She was patient and helpful. The whole location was extremely organized and clean. I like this location. Good job. E 162nd in South Holland. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

  Tifah at ups in south holland location has very good customer service skills she gets the job done and most importantly she greet her customers with a smile and respect they need more tifah in alot of work places just good postive energy all the time ….

  Great service every time. Staff is friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with packaging and shipping. In and out quickly—highly recommend this UPS Store!

  I stopped by today to have a return shipped only to have been met with one of the most unprofessional, nasty disposition, loud and rude employee she said her name was Ebony, I am very disappointed because I haven't experienced that in this particular store as I have frequent there and normally behavior is helpful and courtesy. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received and I will not be using this location again.
